Losing Saved Simple Authentication Info

From: michael <michael.faith_at_oracle.com>

I have a code base from a server repository that I access via URL. It has simple authentication enabled, and requests for my User Name and Pass. When I first navigate to the repo. I enter the credentials and select 'save authentication'. For some reason the data is lost on subsequent interaction. I monitored the Auth folder in the Subversion Appdata, and the file for auth. is created the first time with data that appears appropriate. However after I try a second interaction, and the credentials are requested again, I check the auth. file, and the wincrypt and password data is missing. It is only recreated if I delete the file entirely. Any suggestions?
