Automate SVN Commit

Hi,

I am working on developing a tool that will automate the "Commit" of the
files in the SVN Repository. The language I am using is VB.Net.

At present the name of the file along with its path has been retrieved, I
am not sure of how to proceed for the Commit procedure of SVN. Kindly
guide me.
