Locate Setup Files - svnindex.xsl, svnindex.css, menucheckout.ico

I am following http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/nightly/TortoiseSVN_en/tsvn-serversetup-apache.html
to setup SVN and Apache.

For "prettier" output, I need three files that I can not find:
svnindex.xsl, svnindex.css and menucheckout.ico

I have searched Tigris and Apache sites. I have found the css file
but not the others.

Any idea where I can get the right version of these for SVN 1.6.6?
