SVN & T-SVN

Hi,

Which version of SVN and Tortoise SVN is current and compatible with
each other.

I read on web that :-
TortoiseSVN 1.6.7, built against Subversion 1.6.9. Released 22. January
2010.

But unfortunately I am not able to locate the download links to
TortoiseSVN 1.6.7 & Subversion 1.6.9.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
