Installer Error

Hi, I'm trying to install TortoiseSVN 1.6.7.18415. My OS is Vista. Compter's
less than a year old, nothing particularly special about it.

I get through the majority of the installer, and the install stops at
"Publishing Product Information", and after some time gives me this error:
An error occured during the installation of assembly
component
{9DA4DC8A-9731-3F0E-8BD5-FC17CA6848AD}
HRESULT: 0x80070422

I've been around, I've tired a multitude of things.
I've tried turning off my firewall/antivirus.
I've tried: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958043 This.
I've tried running command prompt and using: 'fsutil resource setautoreset
true C:\'

I still run it again, get the same error, and the whole thing uninstalls.
I've been at this for a while, getting kind of aggrivated.
I'd really like some help. Thanks!
