ok, thanks for all and Andy too...
it works with this solution but in a .bat, I dont know what is the
result if the commit failed : if there is a conflict with a file, if the
svn server is down...how the user will be warn in that case ???
TortoiseProc.exe return a window with a message if something wrong...
So no idea and no solution to turn log off while commit with
TortoiseProc.exe ???
