RE: Version 1.6.x Smart Card Update?

What about soft certs? If I use 1.6.6 against a https site with CAC authentication, it pops up a file dialog looking for a certificate file. However, it doesn't recognize the X.509 .cer file I create by exporting the smart card.

Anyway, so I should first get Tortoise source and see if I can build it? I've never had to do it. Is it Visual Studio?
