Nope, sorry.
And I can't really implement and test this myself, since I don't have
the hardware for it (no smart card, no reader and no server setup to
test it).

but if you're interested, maybe simply adding the OpenSC OpenSSL engine
(i.e, compiling it into the OpenSSL lib statically, since TSVN links
statically to it, not to the dll) might be enough to make this work
properly:
