RE: Permission based tagging

Could you please give me some more details as to how I can set path based authorization on TortoiseSVN that is running on my windows machine?

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.Would the steps be something like this
-Create a tag version 1.0
-Create a new folder under tags folder(new_folder) i.e. svn/tags/new_folder
-allow the tag version to be written over to the newly created folder . In order to do that a svn server administrator has to give access to only permission based users.
