Problems when creating branches

Hello,

I have a question about Tortoise SVN Branches.

My working copy is in D:\working\EMISight\EMISight_SW_repot

My repository is in R:\TortoiseSVN_Repo\EMISight_SW_repot

I want to create a Branch of
D:\working\EMISight\EMISight_SW_repot\EM-ISight

in the repository. I tried all combinations but no one worked.

Please tell me if I can create this branch, and what path may I use?
