If you see a missing file, then you renamed the file without using the
proper TSVN command. Do not rename files directly in explorer since in
that case, Subversion doesn't know about the rename. Always use the TSVN
command in the submenu (TSVN->Rename).

You can 'repair' renames that you did without the proper command:
