I'm on Vista x64 running TSVN 1.6.6 and the situation improved a lot for me
after implementing the registry tweak described in the FAQs [1]. This fixed
the 'wrong overlay' issue as well as the 'wrong status' issue.

The File View pane of windows explorer now shows the correct status, or does
so after a single refresh, however the Folder View pane often does not show
the correct status until windows explorer is restarted.
