I tried reproducing the error on the *TSVN* checked out repo by following
your steps. the from - to date does not seem to change. It is like
(4/18/2003 to 12/14/2009 i.e Today).Everything seems to work fine.I am using
Build 17936. May be It will be helpful to you if you try any latest build.
