Keyboard shortcut for 'OK' not working when selecting a range of revisions to merge

LS,
 
when I use the merge option to merge a revision or a range of revisions
onto a branch I can select the revisions with the keyboard, but I cannot
use a keyboard shortcut to press 'OK'. The O in OK is underlined, so I
would expect ALT+O to work, but it doesn't and other obvious choices
like enter or CTRL+enter don't work either. It has been this way for a
long time, but it would be so much easier if it worked with a keyboard
shortcut.
