Why would you think that I'm ignoring that?
But I don't have to check TCVS and its code to solve this problem since
TSVN 1.6.4 also works.

One question: is there an overlay for 32-bit apps on an x64 OS?
If x64 OS have one (or more) system overlay(s) more than the 32-bit OS,
then that might be the reason for this problem. But I haven't found any
information about that (yet) - still searching though...
