How is the same working folder linked to two different repositories, and why
do you think that this is desirable even if it is possible?

I think you've already been given advice on this list to use a single
repository served with svnserve and access it from all your svn clients
using the svn:// protocol, not file://.

I think you've also been advised never to use multiple subversion clients on
the same working copy unless you know for certain the clients are linked
against the same major.minor version of the svn libraries.
