Tortoiseproc.exe crashing when attempting new checkout

Hey guys,

When attempting a checkout on the below:

https://nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/nhibernate

to the following folder:

C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate

I get the following error:

TortoiseProc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Looking into the more information dialog I get this:

Error Signature
AppName: tortoiseproc.exe AppVer: 1.6.6.17493 ModName: msvcr90.dll ModVer: 9.0.30729.4148 Offset: 005b4b8

Once this has happened, I attempt to do an update on the following folder:

C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate

And get the following message from Tortoise SVN:

Update
Working copy 'C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate' locked
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.

I attempt to run the cleanup command on that folder and receive the following:

Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
- C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate
In directory 'C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate\trunk\nhibernate\src\NHibernate\Driver'
Error processing command 'modify-wcprop' in 'C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate\trunk\nhibernate\src\NHibernate\Driver'
'C:\SVN\nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net\svnroot\nhibernate\trunk\nhibernate\src\NHibernate\Driver\MySqlDataDriver.cs'
is not under version control

Any help our guidance would be appreciated. Am I just doing something retarded?
