Thanks for the "encouragement" to try again... ;)

Unfortunately, the TortoiseSVN-
package installation yields the same results as in August when 1.6.5 was
released - not only does TSVN stop working, but TCVS is also broken. :(

As before (still on Win7 x64 RTM), I have to uninstall TSVN, TCVS, and
the 2 "TortoiseOverlays" in that order, then reinstall TCVS (1.11.3) and
TSVN 1.6.4 to have a fully(*) functioning pair of version control Shell
extensions again.

The failure symptoms for TSVN are the same as before - the Explorer
folder pane shows "Modified" overlays properly (but no other overlays),
while the files pane shows a single "Conflict" overlay on folders, and
inside a WC, I do see "Ignored" overlays placed on ignored files.

(*) - note that with TSVN 1.6.4 installed, everything EXCEPT "Ignored"
overlays appears where expected in either the folder or file panes of
Windows Explorer.
