Change file permssions on checkout

Hi,

I was just wondering if it were possible on checkout for TortoiseSVN to set
the permissions of the files to the same user as the subversion user. For
example I would checkout the a folder with the user name "joe" so the
security permissions of the folder are set to allow only person with the
windows username of "joe" to edit the files?
