Unable to delete folder

Hi there,

Using Tortoise version 1.6.5, I have a folder that appears to be locked by me but I am unable to delete it. When I attempt to release the lock on the folder I am told that there is nothing locked and yet when I attempt to get a lock I am told that it is already locked by me.
So I use the Tortoise Delete option to delete the folder and then when I try to commit this release I am told the following:
"Error Commit failed (details follow):
Error Cannot verify lock on path
Error '/Messaging/Help/Mail_FM/images/Mail_move_folder.gif'; no matching lock-token available
Error If you want to break the lock, use the 'Check For Modifications' dialog."

So I look at the Check for Modifications dialog which just shows the folder with the status deleted, the author, and the revision status. I am not sure what to do to fix the "no matching lock-token available" error.
