Well, *something* must have changed - software doesn't just evolve or
mutate and does something different out of nowhere.

* Check the servers file (%APPDATA%\Subversion\servers) and the
proxy/server settings in there
* check the proxy itself - if it has changed find out what exactly changed
* if you're using SSPI authentication to the proxy, make sure the
computer is properly joined to the domain
