Well... I tried to trim them down and delete the TSN overlays I didn't really care about like read-only, locked, unversioned etc. I was still having issues.

So, I finally just deleted the Dropbox entires and not TSVN is working fine. So, it seems like there is some conflict between these two extensions. Since I don't really need the Dropbox overlays and still have the tray status icon I guess this is my solution for now.
