Some people (like me) have [temporarily] reverted to 1.6.4 because of
overlay problems with 1.6.5.

And no, there doesn't seem to be any conflict with TCVS, as I use it
alongside of TSVN (although I think you need to be on later/latest
"unstable" release for proper sharing of overlays between the two).
