Configuration of TSVN using a file on network or SVN?

Hi,
Is it possible to set Tortoise to configure itself from a common file
in a shared location such as a network folder or SVN repository? I'd
like an easy way to set things like the global ignore pattern once and
have my team's Tortoise clients automatically update their settings
(on next startup).
