HRESULT: 0x80070002 means "the system cannot find the file specified".
Since TSVN is packaged up in a single file, it's nearly impossible to
get this error during setup.
Nearly impossible doesn't mean it can't happen. But if it does there's
always some other 'app' interfering. Meaning either a virus scanner or
some ad/spyware. Since you can install an earlier version of TSVN I
suspect a virus scanner that's not happy with one of the files that TSVN
installs.
