TortoiseSVN: diff function not working

Hi,

I downloaded and installed tortoiseSVN 1.6.4.16808-win32. When I use the
function "diff with previous version" I got the message "Could not start
external diff program! %1 is not a valid Win32 application". I have
verified the downloaded file and uninstalled/reinstalled tortoiseSVN and
still see the same message. If you know what may be the problem, please
let me know. I have spent a lot of time on this.
