Hi,
the rollout process of a new version in a big company with hundreds of users differs from a small shop, no matter if the version is stable or not.
May be 1.6.4 is stable enough, but it takes time to pass our internal tests on server as well as on client side (not only TortoiseSVN), to adapt all our internal tools, to give feedback to the community in case of problems, ...
We really appreciate your work, Stefan. TortoiseSVN really helps us to bring Subversion to those people who don't like the command line (and they are the majoritiy in our company). But as long as the Subversion project supports 1.5.x it would be great to have such a support also for TortoiseSVN, despite of the effort for a release.
Thanks
