Help with error - Can't create directory

I already made this post yesterday but can't find it?? I really need help!!

Hi guys..... I have been getting this error with my repository's ever since I did a restore with Windows XP..... I have attached an image of the error.

This happens whenever I try to commit anything.

I even did a fresh checkout, but still get the problem. :(
