Why not use "another" utility like SVN-Montior to try and implement your
requirements? It monitors the working copy structure and then prompts you
with a list of ALL your modified items. It then launches TSVN to perform
any necessary commit/update... just a thought ... and to (possibly) diffuse
the thread from getting over argumentative.

What about creating a simple script which calls svn command line to
commit project x from its top folder?
