No Completed in Merge progress dialog

A very minor point.
Most of the progress dialogs, such as for Update or Commit, show Completed in
the final line of the dialog. When merging a branch back into the trunk,
however, it does not show this - at least for my projects using file externals,
if that makes any difference. I am often wondering if the process is really done.
