TortoiseSVN-1.6.3.16613-win32 is slow

Hello,

I upgraded from TortoiseSVN-1.5.7.15182 to TortoiseSVN-1.6.3.16613 and found that new version is much slower than the previous one: it takes noticeable amount of time for Explorer to show folder tree with TSVN overlays. If I uninstall TortoiseSVN-1.6.3.16613, everything flies.

Is this a known problem or something new?
