Export URL is wrong when exporting from repository browser

Hi,

TSVN 1.6.3.
There is an inconsistency in the Export dialog when it is invoked from
the repository browser:

1. Open repository browser by right click on a work copy folder.
2. The repository browser appears and the folder that the work copy
points to is selected.
3. Open Export dialog by right clink on that folder.
4. URL repository is not the URL of the selected folder but something
else, perhaps left from the last Export command that has been
executed.
