Humm, I see. Thanks for clearing this up. I do have my operating system in English also, but my "Standards and formats" (in "Regional Options" of Control Panel) is set to "Portuguese (Portugal)", as well as the "Location" set to "Portugal". Both somehow explain why I wasn't quite understand the language selection algorithm, I guess... :-D

Yes, this sounds reasonable. :-)

Thanks for the enlightenment: I can now take a more informed approach at the "issue", at this may become useful to others bumping at this. ;-)
