No sandwatch while reverting in CFM dialog

v1.6.3 (and older)

In CFM dialog, if I select Revert... in a changed file,
it can take several seconds, during which the CFM GUI is "dead",
but there is no indication that it is busy. A sandwatch pointer
would be in order.
