Works just fine for me.
Please check your settings for diff/merge tools in the settings dialog.
Make sure that the path to the diff/merge tool is correct (in quotes if
the path has spaces), and also all parameters are correct (also in
quotes if you diff files which might have spaces in them or if your
%TEMP% path has spaces in it).
