Bug in "Changed Files" dialog in version 1.6.2.

Hello,

I tried to obtain a diff of two files via the Show Log/log messages
dialog, but after selecting "Compare revisions" on one file in the
Changed Files dialog I get an "The parameter is incorrect". I accessed
the Changed files dialog via the "Compare with previous revision"
option in the context menu.

The same behaviour occurs when accessing the Changed Files dialog from
the CommitMonitor tool.

I have WinMerge installed, I assume it wants to use this to display
the diff. A diff is shown correctly (with WinMerge) when I select
"show changes" on an item in the action list for a revision in the Log
Messages dialog.
