Custom error messages

Hi,

We are using 1.6.2 against a Apache/Subversion back-end and would like
to get custom error/information messages for some of the pop-ups that
our users get.

ex. "User is not authorized" I would like to have "No Access please
call 800-xxx-xxxx" or something like that....

I started looking at the ResText but can't get that to work. It's
talking about a resource dll but I could not find that. Maybe I'm just
doing it wrong :)
