system resource

Hi,

I have been using TortoiseSVN for quite a long time now, but now I get a message like "run out of system resources" after I've downloaded about 10 MB and then my computer crashes.
This happens everytime I use it, and I only get this message with TortoiseSVN.
The error is displayed in the Checkout interface, and not as a windows error.
When I check the taskmanager my cpu usage is far below 100% and the commit charge is also not at the maximum (it's like 500/2015MB,)

Does anyone knows what causes this error and how this can be fixed?
