It might possibly be different depths on your two 1.6 working copies. Check with the Windows shell Properties and select the Subversion tab; look for the "Depth:" line (mine says "Fully recursive"). Or use the svn command line tool "svn info --xml" and look for the <depth>...</depth> element. There were differences in this area between 1.6.1 and 1.6.2, I think.
