Bug? No alt+o access key on commit dialog in Vista

From: Collin Grady <collin_at_collingrady.com>

Back in XP, the "OK" button had the "o" set as an accesskey, so I
could go to commit, type in a message, then hit Alt+O to commit - now
that I'm in Vista with the newest 1.6.2 (64bit), this no longer works.

Was this an intentional change, or just a minor oversight?
