Use the context menu
TSVN->Update to revision
and then in the dialog choose "fully recursive" from the combobox.

I suspect you added that folder with TSVN 1.6.0 or 1.6.1 which had a
known bug: added folders were added with depth empty instead of
recursive (the bug was in the svn library).
