WC wont match Repo!

Hi,

I have a very frustrating situation which has shaken a long-time trust in TortoiseSVN.

I have a repo on a fileserver. Other computers have WCs of this repo. On one computer, a single file is in the correct directory. It is visible on all other WCs. If I update the problem file on another PC, the WC on the bad PC updates a revision but the file is not updated, and does not appear.

Please help!
