The urls of the change are from a different branch since you've renamed
it since that change. If there wasn't a branch with the same name as the
one you want to see the changes for in HEAD, your diff would work.

I'll try to compile a list of all possible situations for that diff.
Maybe I can come up with a better solution than using HEAD as the peg
revision that works for all(?) situations.
