I tried just including my C:\work\* folder where all my projects are checked out to. I haven't had the issue today, but it's too early to tell if it fixed the problem. It got me wondering whether any of the following may be causing the issue:

* Use of DropBox (http://www.getdropbox.com/)
* Use of WebDrive (http://www.webdrive.com/)
* Mapped network drives.

Is anyone else using these kind of mapped/virtual drives or synchronized folders?
