TSVN was not setup with any excludes (default install), as I never had any similar issues in the past.
I have tried a nightly build (16251 from Thur/Fri) and the problem is not yet solved, but is certainly less frequent. After rebooting from installing 16251, I could not simply reproduce the problem from logging out and back in. However I logged out Friday evening, and back in here Monday morning, and ran into the same caching problem.
I have now added an exclude for each network drive, and I will give that a try, it will probably take a couple days to verify/reproduce.
And a small bit of information about how offline folders work:
I have my "My Documents" (which contains no TSVN repositories) which stores all of it's files on my network drive "H:\My Documents" (this is setup for nightly backups), and each time I log off, offline folders syncs the information of H:\My Documents into the windows offline folder so that when I'm not connected to the network, I can still view/edit files in that folder, and they will just sync at the next logoff when the network drive is present.
