I just found the .reg file Stefan mentioned. I still do not see my test plugin in the TortoiseSVN settings dialog but that might be a problem on my side as I have no experience in COM development under Delphi and possibly because I'm still using TortoiseSVN 1.5.9. Will continue my evaluation later when I have more time and updated TotoiseSVN.
