At this point do we know the exact trigger for this problem, and whether
it is completely fixed in the nightly builds? I re-read the thread but
I'm still not sure whether this is only a problem for network working
copies, or also for local ones.

I think I may have seen a little performance degradation with 1.6.1
compared with 1.5.8, and I know I'm not seeing Explorer icons refresh as
well as before (using TSVNCache, local drive only), but anything I have
seen has seemed minor to me thus far. I'm just trying to gauge whether
we might have widespread issues here as our users upgrade to 1.6.1.
