Request: Alt+O hotkey for "OK" in Commit dialog et al

Hi all,

In 1.6.9, I could press Alt+O to press OK in the Commit-dialog. As of
1.7.1, this is no longer possible. I believe the caption/value on the
button has to be set to "&OK" to make it accessible as a alt+letter
hotkey, but I may be mistaken. I have not seen this change mentioned
in the list archives or issue tracker, so I'm not sure if the change
from 1.6.9 to 1.7.1 was intended. This hotkey is (as of now, was) a
decent help in my daily routine, so I hope someone will make this GUI
change. Thanks for your attention!
