TSVN overlay icons

Hello,

I have updated to TortoiseSVN 1.6.0, Build 15855 and still find an
annoying behavior. The icon overlays are not updated after commit. I
have seen this with older versions too.

Before taking the attached screen shot, I committed the Scores\Harfe
folder with all files. But the .ly file and the makefile that have just
been committed have still with the red label. Sometimes it helps
pressing F5 to refresh, sometime I need to start a new Windows Explorer.
That's, yes, it's annoying.
