I also see this problem, fresh with an upgrade to 1.6.0. I have a three-monitor set-up, with monitor 1 on the far right, monitor 2 on the far left, and monitor 3 in the middle. My Windows taskbar is on monitor 3. No matter on which monitor I originate the commit dialog, completions show up on monitor 1.
